Results Fitness offer some starter packages to help you begin your training journey and give you a taste of what we can offer you. Packages can also make perfect gifts. These are standard packages with standard prices which are than tailor made to the individual. There is something for everyone. Call for more details on 07939 020805. The aim of the packages are to give you an insight into SMART training. After the inital packages – a long term training plan will be put into place with periodized and strutured training.

Cyclists

– 1/2 hour or 1 hour one to one analysis and technique session (cost depend on length of session)

– 3 individually devised sessions

Advanced Triathlete / Ironman Distance Athletes

Personal Training

Whether you are a fitness fanatic, competitor or simply need the assistance of a Personal Trainer we can offer solutions to cater for all needs and ages. We have had many successful clients who have moved on to greater personal and physical achievements having learnt the correct ways and smarter ways to train.
Nutrition advice and Body Composition Analysis can be done to find out your exact nutritional requirements and how your body is performing.

Swimming Coaching/Teaching

Private one to one swimming teaching/coaching is offered to all ages and abilities. We have exclusive use of a private swimming facility at St Anselms School, Bakewell, where a clean, warm, private ambiance makes for an ideal learning environment. Adult and Child beginners a like see big improvement over a short space of time.

E Mailed Session Plans

Bespoke session plans for either swimming, cycling or triathlon can be e mailed on a weekly basis for you to complete at your venue and at your convenience. We have a number of local and International athletes, who use these plans successfully.
Cycle plans can be prescribed using either power based workouts or heart rate workouts. Using power is the smartest way to train and can help you dial in just the right intensity to prepare you for those future events.

Sports Massage

At Results Fitness, Gary is a fully qualified Sports Massage and Remedial Massage Therapists. Sports Massage can be used to assist you in rehabilitation of a injury or compliment demanding sports activities, To arrange treatment and discuss your rehabilitation do not hesitate to get in touch. Gary was Great Britain Massage Therapist to the GBR team at the 2010 Triathlon European Championships.

Sports Performance Coaching/Sports Conditioning

Specific sessions and plans can be formulated to the athlete, specific to their needs and sports. In the cutting edge world of competition it is no longer good enough to just be fit. To get that edge, one has to explore all avenues available and all training methods that will make you stand out above the rest. Training smarter and specifically is often what makes one athlete achieve greater results. Whether it be core based exercises, kettlebell exercises, endurance/strength or power workouts you need we have the experience to tailor make the plans that will work for you.
