Personal Training

Freelance sessions given indoors, outdoors, conducted at New Bodies Gym Buxton/New Mills, or certain training done via E plans.

Adult Swimming Sessions

Conducted at St Anselms School pool and Buxton Spa Pool, Buxton (High Peak Triathlon Session). Both professionally coached sessions and designed to improve the triathlete, fitness swimmers and capable adult beginner.

Sports Massage

Conducted at our base in Chelmorton, Derbyshire or a your place (travel costs may be incurred).
